Architect/Project Manager

Want to lead the delivery of crafted spaces across London? We’re looking for an Architect /Project Manager to join our team.

Our projects range from creative workspaces and hospitality fit-outs to thoughtful residential spaces, all designed and built by a team of architects, joiners, and project managers who care about doing things properly.

In this role, you'll manage the construction and fit-out phase of projects: leading site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to bring our designs to life. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track across timelines, budgets, and site activity, making sure the built work reflects the design intent.

You’ll work closely with our design team and joinery workshop, acting as the bridge between drawings and delivery. Strong site management experience is essential, along with confidence managing subcontractors and solving problems on the ground.

We’re looking for someone with:
– 4+ years of project management experience in architectural or fit-out projects
– RIBA Part 3 Certified, with background in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or similar
– Strong technical skills: AutoCAD essential, Rhino preferred
– Hands-on experience managing commercial fit-outs and site delivery
– Confidence managing budgets, programmes, and teams
– Familiarity with project tracking tools like Monday.com and Notion

This is a full-time role based in London, working across our Bethnal Green studio, local sites, and some remote flexibility. Salary is competitive, based on experience.
