For Arôme’s first permanent bakery on Mercer Street in Covent Garden, we worked with designer Rain Wu to realise an interior inspired by the bakery’s distinctive mix of French, Singaporean and Japanese influences.

Crafted in oak in our Bethnal Green workshop, the interior brings warmth and material consistency to the space, with finely detailed joinery running throughout. The result provides a calm, considered backdrop to the bakery and the pastries at the centre of it.
